Deb has been with us since March of 2012, but has been in the veterinary field for nearly 20 years. She and her husband have a young son and multiple four-legged babies, including 2 dogs and a cat.
When Deb is not working at the clinic, she is very involved with Great Plains Mastiff Rescue.
Deb is originally from New England, and graduated from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island with a degree in Biology. Her favorite part of the job is assisting the doctors in surgery.
Sara has been with us since August of 2014, and has been in the field since 1999. She and her husband have two young children and one dog. In her free time, Sara enjoys spending time with her family. She loves watching her son play baseball, and is very active in his Boy Scout troop.
Sara grew up in the OKC-metro area. She went to OSU and finished her pre-vet courses, when she and her husband started their family.
Sara's favorite aspect of veterinary medicine is preventative care.
Shawna has worked nearly every position in Yukon Veterinary Hospital. She started with us in 2010 as a groomer, then decided to go back to school to get her RVT license. While in school, she worked for us as a receptionist during her summer breaks, and is now a licensed RVT. Shawna and her husband have one young daughter, as well as one dog and one cat.
As a newcomer to the field, Shawna loves the process of caring for sick or injured patients and seeing them all the way through, from diagnoses to follow-up.
